Stay was Good. Food was good Esp Pepper Chicken was fantastic. House keeping may taken care as we have to call for The other amenities like morning fresh up kit Hotel management may add AComb and oil sachet in the kit

There were no towels in the bathroom and the shower was not working properly..there were no tv remote in the room and the cupboards were damaged..the stay was not at all good

Buffet breakfast had less options, tables were not cleared from yesterday's dinner, lack hygeine Reception gave warm welcome,staff was friendly

Stay was quite good. Location was heart of the town. Amenities at hotel was really nice. There are near by restaurants and shops. Service and behavior of staff was polite.

The hotel was good, staff was good nd also accommodated our request for early check-in, when I reported that the AC was not working in my room they gave me a different room. their newly opened bar opulus is amazing

The room lacked basic amenities such as a toothbrush and soap. The floor in the varandha was slippery due to water, posing a safety hazard. Dinner was received one hour after placing the order, which was quite delayed. It appears that the majority of the customers visit primarily for the bar facilities rather than for lodging or dining.

didn't got the welcome drinks. poor rooms. towels was not there .they told me the towels will given after hour because they don't have any cleaned one's. then I told him that I want to get fresh. so they tool the towel from another room and give to me after the check in. door lock was lose and shaking . i I thought that it will fall off from the door. so poor

Great place to stay! They got ample space for car parking. Room Service was good when we approached for the request.

Sea palace is a good hotel. The accomodation and food was great. The only problem i faced was, few many small cockroaches in my room and the shower handle that did not work properly.

The rooms are all old, the bedsheets are all dirty, the bathroom is not clean, it is a famous hotel in Kollam. But the service is not worth the money. You will understand if you see the photo I am sending. I have never been satisfied.

Room service is below average, Including Recpetion. Both Reception and Room service contact numbers are not attended calls. As per their policy, Breack Fast is Complimentory and availed from 8 AM to 10 AM. Waited in reception upto 8.30 AM for Breakfast and after several conversations they are ready to provide Breakfast, but unable to ate breakfast due to my CAB arrived at that time. Room Linen conditions and Door Locks are Poor. Below Average Facilities only

Location is good, but property not maintained properly, AC water leaks inside room, bed is hard, no amenities... room doesn't feel like clean

This room was booked for some guest for my family function they had a pleasant stay. staff were very cooperative and welcoming .

Room was spacious, cleanness was very poor, bathroom worst, beds are old even springs in the mattress were came out and was scratched, food was good

Room is not good, Dust,smell etc and they don’t give tv remote. guys don’t choose seapalace rooms other bar and restaurant is good
