Very poor in ambience, no proper breakfast, hot-water not available for shower. No varities in dinner. Had food poison after having dinner in the hotel. I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. Morning coffee also not available. Very poor overall

"i had an exceptional experience staying at zodiac residency. From the moment i arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and attended to every detail with care. The check-in process was seamless, and i was quickly settled into my room. The room itself was spotless and beautifully furnished, with a comfortable bed and high-quality amenities that made my stay extra special. One of the highlights was a perfect place to unwind and enjoy the atmosphere. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. Poor Stay
Atmosphere of this hotel is not good for family. Customer care/support is not up to the mark. Restaurant was not available. Food provided from bar. Hot water was not available.

Poor Stay
They provided me a room on the 2nd floor and the lift was not working, had to climb up all the stairs carrying all the luggage.

No staff ia available to answer the calls at reception, no water given , restaurant not working... only Dharu/ wine 🍷 available at full time , their full time job is to server the People who want to have Drinks not the Common Guests ...

1st i entered the hotel, there is no water in washroom and for drinking they were not supplied water bottles till check out time. No room cleaning

Worst experience. Not at value for money
Pathetic service and facilities for this price. Lift not working, had to climb entire floors. No kettle available for tea. Toilet is very small and two times in 12 hours had the issue of “no water “ in flush and health faucet. When i called they said tank empty and they filled it after 15 minutes. Complimentary breakfast means, you have to order in the morning any of the three item from their menu and they will supply it after an hour. There were no staff at front office for check out, had to wait 15 minutes to find one. They are not bothered about customer issues, thats why such negligence to basic needs like water in flush. Interesting things is, they already knew this, so they gave every custom there mobile number to contact when u check in. Because no intercom available too. Charges are exorbitant for this facility.

Average hotel, a kind of 2 star property
Hotel is located in a by lane, it's an average 2 star property, lift was not working, there was no kettle for tea in room. Breakfast was not ready on time. Positive are there is ample parking space, staff is friendly and helpful, food is tasty. They could improve their standards without much effort.

Substandard rooms and poor service
This is mainly a bar and feels not suitable for family stay. The rooms are not well ventilated and does not look as advertised. There is no breakfast facility in the morning.

Badly maintained hotel no lift. No kitchen. Dirty rooms. Torn bedsheets. No attendance. Just can't believe mmt charged me 5k for a room, which was not even worth 500. Having zodiac regency listed in mmt is a threat for regular users like me. Challenges the credibility of mmt
