I always stay at this hotel as it is near to railway station and the services are too good. I would recommend it for new guests.

Excellent buffet lunch. Deluxe rooms are not spacious. Poor breakfast service. Snacks provided at Restau-Bar is not good. Poor ambience at Reception.

This is an average hotel for family for the cost charged. Bed sheet had holes, shower room drain was blocked. Restaurant timing is odd especially for families. Overall not worth the price charged. Only exception was the reception staff especially Mr.Simon who was courteous and very helpful.

Despite charging a premium, the room lacks basic amenities, including a tea kettle. Furthermore, the door does not lock securely, the air conditioner is not functioning properly, and the table is chipped along the edges. Just a handle without a shaving mirror in the washroom

The hotel is conveniently located near the KSRTC bus stand and railway station. We arrived around midnight, and the staff were incredibly helpful in providing guidance on train timings. The room was immaculate and exceptionally cozy, making it worth every penny.

This hotel is not at all for a family. mostly high volume party going on bar people crowd is more and property is not at all maintain. cockroach roaming in room and bathroom. basic comode also not working properly. no tissue provided only 1 towel given for everything you have to call and ask. breakfast was big disappointment next day went out for breakfast.

The hotel is quite good and centrally located. Good parking facility and very spacious rooms. The breakfast is quite delicious and the rooms are very neat and tidy. The staff were also very courteous. The only concern was the mosquitos. They can enter the rooms. Would suggest to the management to please add some meshes to the windows.

It was a great experience with sea pearl team, especially the receptionist who called saritha she was very polite, the way she talks with guests showing her experience in her profession

Very good experience. Even they accepted early check-in also. Provide a good room service. And environment was very nice. 1. 4 km to station.
