Best stay till now in Andheri east. Felt relaxed.

Food was delicious and stay was comfortable.

My parents were in town so naturally I referred to MakeMyTrip for some good hotels. So booked this one due to its brand name and the pictures but when we arrived we were thoroughly disappointed. The room depicted in the pics is their "Executive Room" (apparently). We booked a Deluxe AC room and its just too small, even by Mumbai standards. To give you a mental picture, think of a queen size bed and a side drawer. Thats it, that was the length and breadth of the whole room. No place to stand. Coming to the service, the service was Okay but the guy behind the counter was really rude and when asked him about the room size, his reply was "It is what it is". Food was also pathetic and the complementary food was just yucky and oily. Zero Stars.

Rooms are compact but clean. Near to sakinaka metro so connectivity is good. Reached the hotel around 3 am . Room and paper works were kept ready.

Room are congested but overall good experience in term of location & cleanliness but need to improve services.

The rooms are neat and spacious at this price. It is well located . . Room service is very bad. There is no kitchen of their own and some basic ammities have to brought from outside which takes time to be delivered.

Close to metro station . Food little bit expensive. Room size is small . Good housekeeping. Room service is average . Good for solo traveller . Behaviour of staff are good . Overall budget hotel .

The Hotel is good altogether, except the room size, which is too small for 2 persons. Secondly the room (106) was last in the row in ground floor, whose look altogether os a bit clumsy . . Unduly there should be a proper smoking zone or area inside the hotel.

Location was very good. The staff was knowledgeable. Room was clean. Only issue was no ventilation in the room.

Room, location was fine but the hotel management body need to take care about the facilities.

The Hotel is next to SAKKI NAKKA metro. Hotel is clean and stay will be comfortable. The lift is not there and the food is little above average. Lift and food need to improve. Secondly, room are small which is normal for budget hotel

Rooms are good. Breakfast and Tea service is pathetic. They have an option of tea bag Tea and readymade tea. Way of serving was also bad. Receptionist Ekta was very helpful

Booked through MMT for a 225 sft room, but offered a 120 sft stinking room on ground floor, on raising complain to MMT got slightly better room no. 201 of appx 140 sft. Entering toilet for sr citizen is dangerious as one has to climb up 24" step. Service ph no. Never worked during 2days stay. If you show dissatisfaction on any issue manager Ekta was not happy. There is no dining space in premises. Over all a suffocating experience staying with family. I strongly disapprove wrong display of fact regarding the size of room. It feel like cheating people by such a trusted co.

Hotel room is very clean, wash room is also very clean & hygienic. Location wise it is perfect, very near to SAKINAKA metro station ; service is also good, they don't have any restaurant but room service is OK. People at reception is co operative. Over all my experience is good.

Nice hotel location is also great near to airport rooms are clean and comfortable staff behaviour is good, wash rooms are small .. Breakfast is a problem they don't provide buffet breakfast in room they provide.

Stayed here for a night. Near to the airport, first I was offered a room on ground floor but requested for a different one as it was noisy. The lady on the reception was kind enough to accommodate the request . Thank you.

No good ventilation in the room. Noisy surrounding. Location wise walking distance from Sakinaka Metro. Did not find any clean budget hotel around. Staff don't bother to help you with your luggage. I found very cold response from staff as well as reception.

The location is walkable to metro station which is a plus Room is good. Outside food is not available much but is manageable as hotel supply food but not very good. It is fine to stay for a couple of days.

Breakfast is worst that one can imagine. They don't have a buffet thing. That's room served and not worth having.
