My check was on 11th June and check was on 12th June @11am.....I got late because my train got late so I reached hotel 7:05am on 12th morning, I just wanted to take 1-2 hour rest and get freshnup and check out as my check out time was @11am on 12th June....on reaching hotel, receptionist denied check in by saying we don't have any booking under your name, I tried to call customer care but couldn't find the resolution, I called Oyo customer care they kept me waiting and after a call of 26 min they told me that wait for 5 min receptionist will be providing the room after that. Receptionist didn't provide, I again called Oyo they again took 14 mins than again they had discussion with receptionist and he agreed to provide the room....room was not cleaned so again asked me to wait for another 20 mins....so it took around 1 hour 40 mins for me to get a room after reaching to the hotel. Now when I got room no 401 ...room was in pathetic condition smoked cigrette bus were lying here and there, washroom was not cleaned at all ....and biggest thing there was no water the washroom.....I called receptionist there is no water coming in the washroom....he said sir wait motor chalaya hai abhi aa jayega...... again it took 30-49 min to get water in the washroom.......such a pathetic experience. this is really disappointed that you booked a hotel just to take some rest and freshnup so that you can attend your office meeting with fresh and relaxed mind.....but this hotel destroyed my expectation......will never ever book through MakeMyTrip......

The experience was horrible. We couldn't find the location at first. The rooms were small and cramped up. There was no power backup leading to us wasting our 2 hours. Next day, in the morning, there was no water and when we asked the receptionist, he started misbehaving.
