Average hotel ,very bad service. Room is decent to stay one night. Service need to be improved. No connection of TV. Restaurant currently not operative.

Not Satisfied with Hotel Service and Premises I had a very disappointing experience during my stay at this hotel. I checked in at 8 PM and checked out the next morning at 9 AM. In the morning, there was a power cut, and although the hotel has a generator, they did not activate it. As a result, there was no electricity for nearly 2 hours. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable—the entire room was full of cockroaches. Initially, I was given a room where I couldn't control the fan speed. I requested a room change, but it took them more than 1.5 hours to respond. Overall, I am not at all satisfied with the service or the condition of the premises. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

overall an average experience. There was a pest infestation in the room. The regulator was not working. the hot water and AC were ok though. the sheets were not that clean. and most importantly the checkout and checkin times are very strictly maintained. they don't accept any relaxation

I recently stayed at SRC Hotel and accidentally left my Apple charger behind. When I requested it to be couriered, the hotel people asked for an additional amount along with the courier charges. Despite transferring the full amount as requested, they have not yet handed over the charger to the courier. This experience has been disappointing, as I expected a more professional and prompt response. Hoping the hotel management takes customer concerns more seriously in the future.
