AC was not working, No hot water was provided and beds are broken, They changed the room 3 timea but the problems remain same

Ac is not working, water leakage throughout the time lift stopped in the mid of the day, had difficulty with old-age persons and kids no hot water in bathroom and toilet flush is not working

Only advantage is proximity to the station. No restaurant, no support from hotel staff also.
Very pathetic hotel, no lights in the room, ac was not working. Broken bed and tv unit. No tv remote provided. No intercom. Broken taps in bathroom. No restaurant, no support from hotel staff also. Not worth the ratings/price at all. Horrible stay. Pols don't stay here!
