it s very bad receiving and bad talking very very bad employees also employee talking

Hot water no water drinking no curtains dirty Soaps not provided Room wall not neat full of mosquitos

clean and hygiene area, feeling well for staying, Room Service is also good, Restaurant is also good taste

Worst experience ever. The bathroom was a nightmare. The bedsheet was yellowish. I suggest not to book.

Old hotel. Need renovation. But rooms are spacious. No hot water early morning. Location is good. Amenities need renovation. Service is not up to mark

Hotel isin middle of the city but, poor maintenance, rash maneger, tap, toilet are dirty, no co operation with customer have to improve

Every thing is fine and receiptionists cooperated in good manner. But there is no sufficient staff of attenders and we have to carry our luggage upto provided room and there is no telephone available in our room when contacted that they are telling to contact them from our mobile while onemergency. There is no free breakfast for non a/c room booked by travellers except for a/c room booked persons are entitled to avail breakfast free of cost.

It is really nice to have a hotel near to complex. All the amenities are average. But they need to maintain proper lights inside. Tube lights are not working they should take little care about it.

Don’t stay here, there’s no hospitality, the staff is extremely rude, the rooms are dirty, the bathroom was broken and unclean, the reception is so much arrogant and disrespectful, they said they have room service but they won’t send food to the room, they didn’t even provide a complimentary water bottle in the room, nor do they deliver water bottle with charge, you will have to go out and buy yourself

Very old property, just like a lodge. Rooms are not clean properly, rest room also bad smell and no seat cover for closet.

Though the rooms were spacious, location was near to bus stand, services has to be a step up- we had unclean linen and a horribly leaking bathroom @208, we had to pay ₹300 extra for an early arrival to occupy the by 2 hrs

Property's location of the hotel is one fine point. Food is always found to be of good quality. Coming to amenities, after covid set back, room service service is still an issue. Restoration of intercom facility connecting reception, kitchen and room service will certainly be a bring more satisfied guessts.

The bearded guy on reception was very rude, unpolite, uneducated. Hello needs to get lots of training to enter in this hospitality field. He even does not soft skills. He is not only zero in hospitality behaviour but does not know normal etiquettes of conversation. He is unfit for this job. If you do not want to loose your money and self respect then please do not come to mamta hotel.

maintainace is ok,but not upto the mark,should improve quality of room maintanance, otherwise it is good

Excellent place to stay with family. Well maintained rooms. Very near to railway station road and bus stand.

Room is horrible, wrost, badly maintained. Staff are arrogant and irresponsible. Two days stay was a nightmare and forced to stay as rooms were not available at that time
