Hotel Wifi was not worked . Room Service was very poor and TV was not worked.

Property is good but in-house restaurant was not working for dinner. The room was clean but the drainage for the washrooms were faulty and washroom was swamped by water

The hotel was good and cleaned. But the TV was not operating, even after asking for help for multiple times they were not responding.

Hotel service is good and rooms are also neat and well maintained, location is also easily reachable

The hotel, Staff, environment, everything is good. We got 401 room and TV Landline is not working apart from that. We are fine. Room looks fresh and clean

HOTEL RN GRAND- WORST SERVICE. WE BOOKED 4 ROOMS. EACH ROOM HAD MULTIPLE PROBLEMS DURING 2 DAY STAY. DOOR LOCK PROBLEM, TV NOT WORKING. SET TOP BOX NON Availability, HDMI cable non availability. Almost each room has some or other problem. All wash rooms are having reverse slope. whole water accumulates at entry to wash room. Rooms were damp and paint was peeled off. the attached restaurant is non functional. Overall poor stay

Bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the AC cooling was very low, making the stay uncomfortable and disappointing.

In this hotel housekeeping, staff, everything is up to the mark. all facility are up to mark. but In TV only view free channel

The room is good and spacious. But the basic things like hand wash , shampoo are not available. It is recommended to carry them. As I carry them always , I felt comfortable with the stay.

good but tv setup box only provide free channel not provide for paid channel. and not provide dental kit . otherwise room. facility are good.

Amities are not good and service also very slow we need to call service boy 4 to 5 times if we require anything

Hotel was good, the service and staffs are also very nice, location is very good it’s on road so no worries about anything. Overnight stay was fantastic

The air conditioner is very poor, no kettle, mattress was itching, no inhouse restaurant, hot water not there only warm water

It is a good place to stay. Parking is available. And near by market is good to explor. Besant Road market is walking distance.

Room is not satisfactory and we had cockroaches in the room and room walls was broken
