The room is good and spacious. But the basic things like hand wash , shampoo are not available. It is recommended to carry them. As I carry them always , I felt comfortable with the stay.

good but tv setup box only provide free channel not provide for paid channel. and not provide dental kit . otherwise room. facility are good.

Amities are not good and service also very slow we need to call service boy 4 to 5 times if we require anything

Hotel was good, the service and staffs are also very nice, location is very good it’s on road so no worries about anything. Overnight stay was fantastic

The check in is hassle free. Rooms are meticulously clean and hygienic. It does not have an in-house restaurant but allows outside food and food delivery at the doorstep. The air conditioner is very poor, no kettle, mattress was itching, no inhouse restaurant, hot water not there only warm water

It is a good place to stay. Parking is available. And near by market is good to explor. Besant Road market is walking distance.

Room is not satisfactory and we had cockroaches in the room and room walls was broken

Location is good...however faced issues with a non working fan..also only lukewarm water was available for bathing. The kettle was non-functional and had to be replaced. The non-availability of an attached restaurant with room service was a bummer!

Rooms are Very good. Staffs were polite. Food was limited menu but was decent.

Lot of bed bugs, cockroaches and very unhygienic. Paid approx 4K for 2 rooms for just 5-6 hours of stay.

recently stayed at a hotel that looked decent online but turned out to be a disappointment. The room was in bad shape — the bed sheets were stained, the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and there was a damp smell throughout. The air conditioning barely worked, and there were insects in the corners of the room. The service made things worse. When I called the front desk for help, they took a long time to respond and weren’t helpful at all. The staff seemed uninterested and even rude at times. Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
