It’s only decent place in Vijayawada and hence does good business. Hence quite low on maintenance. Facilities not in sink with what they charge. Shower was not working. Bathroom floor very slippery. They have a good gym. Food is quite okay. Staff services have improved over last year.

The stay at Novotel was terrible as the quality of food and taste is not at all good. The Service is also worst. We had to wait a minimum of 30 to 45 minutes for a single coffee and towel and also had to call multiple times for the food.

Its an excellent experience. Everything is good. Lot of veritys inThe food and tasty tooo. The rooms are very spacious and clean. And finally the teem was very good. Totally it excellent experience.
