Loved the Stay, But Food Could Be Way Better!

I recently stayed at Novotel Vijayawada, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The rooms and amenities are excellent, offering good comfort and a modern feel. Safety and hygiene standards are well maintained, which added to the sense of ease during the stay. However, I was quite disappointed with the dinner experience — the food quality and taste were below expectations for a Novotel Vijayawada Varun of this standard. Thankfully, the breakfast was comparatively better, though still could use improvement. On a positive note, the staff were polite and responsive, ensuring all requests were handled quickly. With better attention to food quality, this could easily become one of the best stays in Vijayawada. The stay at Novotel was pleasant. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with all amenities in good condition. The staff were very cooperative and courteous, ensuring a comfortable experience. However, the food quality was disappointing and has significant scope for improvement in taste.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy and ensured a good night’s sleep. The staff truly deserve a special mention, courteous, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hasslefree. The location is another big advantage, making it convenient to access nearby attractions, shopping areas, and transport. The food was delicious, with a good variety and quality, especially the breakfast. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, offering great value for money. I would definitely choose this Novotel Vijayawada Varun again and recommend it to family and friends. 😊

Liked it but the TV is old one and doesn't have the Chromecast connectivity or any of the OTTs to run, that definitely needs to be replaced with such a 5 star Novotel Vijayawada Varun.

prompt checkin process no delays,rooms are neat and tidy ,laundry service is fast,valet parking available, breakfast buffet is ok not that great spread is average
