The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities. The staff was polite and responsive, which made the experience even better. Food service was also good — meals were tasty, hygienic, and served on time. I especially appreciated the variety in the menu. Overall, it was a satisfying experience, and I would recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Novatel is centrally located and very adjacent to NH, we had a complimentary buffet breakfast with lot of south indian and continental dishes, amenities and services are upto the mark and we had a very comfortable stay with an added attraction of roof top swimming pool with panormic view of the city Vijayawada.

Perfect say for business and family. Elaborate breakfast . Clean rooms.. quick response staff. Clean washrooms ., eco friendly supplies like reusable footwear and glass bottles. Least use of plastic.

Its an excellent experience. Everything is good. Lot of veritys inThe food and tasty tooo. The rooms are very spacious and clean. And finally the teem was very good. Totally it excellent experience.

Check-in was delayed by an hour, extremely bad to wait in the lobby till 3:00pm, reason given was rooms were getting cleaned & getting ready
