Dirty carpets in the corridors Not tasty dinner buffet,restaurant floor is not clean, wobbling dining tables, marriage function sounds are heard loud. They should marriage function separate from rooms. Too much loud noises midnight. Overall poor stay in 5 star hotel

Novatel is centrally located and very adjacent to NH, we had a complimentary buffet breakfast with lot of south indian and continental dishes, amenities and services are upto the mark and we had a very comfortable stay with an added attraction of roof top swimming pool with panormic view of the city Vijayawada.
