Good, clean place with friendly staff. Food is made to our needs by chef Paramtosh. Front desk Sathi took good care. Overall good place to stay in Vijaywada.

Review: I just enjoyed the stay at Hayatt Palace, as the property is located in Traffic free location and easy accessible, coming to food: i have ordered Guntur chicken, the best taste had in recent times, and Garlic Naan and Chicken Tikka Masala: wonderful presentation and texture. Room amenities and hospitality is wonderful.. I will give 5star rating for this hotel

location is good but the property does not match the standard of Hyatt. we had booked the room with breakfast, lunch/dinner but the dinner spread was below average. for vegetarian they had wada,upma that too cold(not fresh). staffing should be improved specially people at the reception area, they are totally irresponsible people. my 6month old baby fell down and he had swelling in his head, we kept on asking for ice for nearly an hour, no one could provide us with ice. this is one of the incident, there are other instances as well, can't brief everything here. Highly Charged and average service level. Room was stinking and even after asked to solve while entering the room it was not taken care of till checkout after 2 days. Staffs were not cooperative. After first complain no one attended and responded for one hour and when asked again one service boy visited with no solution.

Children studying books are good

1. Temperature in the reception area is very warm, no cooling at all and that too at all times 2. ⁠Toiletries can be better 3. ⁠welcome drink not maintained properly. Better to remove. Not hygienic

Stay was good but on 7th they has a party in hotel, and we couldn’t sleep till 11:30pm.It was extremely nuisance for a guest

-it has been an excellent stay. -food quality as well as varieties were very good. - staff was quite courteous and responsive.. special mention to Pomela, Nitya and the other staff at the reception. Additionally, a very special mention about the catering in charge for his cheerful and polite behaviour...I am not able to collect his name.

Good and can also be better at the amenities when compared with the others and also naice staff pleasant

Room lay out is wrong Installed 55inches TV viewing is just 8 feet distance effects the eyes We were 2 persons for only one person towel and bath rooms accessories are provided. After we Persuaded they have provided for second person Towels are too small

staff is not responding for anything. they have given me an uncleaned room. some guest has just checkout and cleaning not done all beds linens etc are innused condition. There were used food plates used by someone near the room i checked in. informed the employee to clear it immediately . But ... Took 24 hrs to clear that items ... i enquired reception to verify my room booking, since it was small in size ... No reply ...

one hotel which can make Hyatt standards questionable, then it’s this hotel. Every department at this hotel needs a revamp. Food layout was below average( unlike Hyatt) ; Lenin had colour marks ( mind you I had a suite to myself; I don’t know what will be standards in other rooms) ; wash rooms in lobby area weren’t cleaned !!! By the way you are required to make your own bed ( extra bed ) ; not recommended hotel

Swimming pool under construction and they don’t have bar as claims on site. Food is average and rooms is nice and clean.
