Not worth the price, service is extremely poor

The only good thing is that they allowed early check-in. Also the room is good. Service is really poor. Menu card doesn't have full list in the room. There's hardly anything in the menu. For the kind of price you pay for the food and service, it's really pathetic. Extra bed which we had paid, didn't arrive even after 5 reminder calls though the beds were available. Breakfast menu is good but always empty bowls. Order food like pav for pav bhaji, it will come cold. Keep waiting and waiting for glasses, spoons. I would never choose this hotel again. My child studies there, and be ready assured, I am not picking this hotel again.

I had a good stay at Welcomehotel by ITC Guntur. The place is nice and the food was tasty. I feel they should focus more on live kitchen since the hotel isn’t too crowded that way food doesn’t go to waste and it feels fresher. Service was okay, could be a little better, but I really want to mention Suchitra from housekeeping who was super kind and helpful. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay.
