Vivanta Vijayawada

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Vivanta Vijayawada, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the warm and courteous welcome extended by the staff set the tone for a memorable stay. A special mention and heartfelt thanks to Ms. Sania, whose gracious hospitality and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcomed. Her professionalism combined with a personal touch truly stood out and added immense value to the overall experience. The services throughout my stay were impeccable – from the well-appointed rooms to the excellent dining options and prompt housekeeping. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, efficient, and genuinely committed to guest comfort. Vivanta Vijayawada exemplifies hospitality at its finest, and I look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a blend of luxury, comfort, and outstanding service!

We had a great experience at Taj Vivanta , Vijayawada. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The accommodated a last minute room type change also without any extra cost. The room was well maintained and filled with all required amenities. the kids enjoyed the rooftop pool.We sampled the ala carte menu for dinner and the buffet breakfast and liked the taste and variety. The location is in a busy street but inside the Vivanta Vijayawada it feels calm and quiet. One thing to keep in mind is if you are arriving with your own car then make sure to use valet parking , as parking is difficult as it seemed outside people also park there. overall for the cost , it is a great option. We even got a 1000 rupees gift voucher from taj which we redeemed against our food experices.

As a long term customer, I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Vivanta as my second home and I am always treated as a Family member by your Front Desk (Joshna, Salma are the Best), Restaurant Staff (Chef Nirmal, Staff like Rashmi, Veer, Joseph Raju are the Best and IRD staff like Hema Sundar is excellent) Disappointed with the way that Front Desk Head, Pritam and His Colleagues, Ram and Bikshapati for charging me for both MAP plan and also IRD meal despite a honest explanation of my confusion between both plans as Ordered food in the room due to hectic schedule instead of using the MAP plan. I don’t mind to pay any amount of money (in fact paid lakhs of Rupees to Vivanta as a long term customer) and I felt like I was treated unfairly by three of them without trusting me

Rooms are clean, linen as well. Bathroom was a bit congested. Breakfast served we're good but a little more variety could also be added. Also the breakfast items may be rotated so that guests staying for more than a day should not feel that the same food is served daily. Mini bar item rates seem to be excessive. May be thought for revision. A clock should be placed in the vicinity of the pool. Hope to see some change during my next visit. Thank you.

we stayed for 2 nights, The stay was comfortable and the buffet breakfast and buffet dinner was very delicious and had a lot of varieties in both brkfast and dinner, the complete team ( manager,chefs, waiters) in the restaurant was too helpful and good service , The housekeeping department is also good maintaining very neat and clean rooms.security is also allways receiving with a great smile.Overall our stay at Vivanta is nice.

The stay was fantastic. Rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Special shout out to Ms Salma, she was very helpful. We have requested a late checkout for 2 hours and she was able to accommodate us which was very helpful.

Good and affordable Vivanta Vijayawada located in prime location. Food is good. You will enjoy with live music. Staffs are cooperative. The person Kunal is very helpful and very helpful.

Wonderful experience of staying at Vivanta, Vijayawada. Situated at a very convenient location right on MG Road. The buffet breakfast and all other amenities are excellent. The staff are very courteous. Will definitely stay again

The property is located at a very prime location. The staff including at the restaurant are very courteous and welcoming. Room was spacious . Surely a stay to repeat.
