Stay was good and upon request Salma madam gave us early check in .Breakfast was good with good spread

Everything is just perfect , the stay the ambience and the locality . The staff is so friendly and special mention to lady receptionist she is so warming and sweet

The stay was great. The front desk personnel were great. They upgraded us to a larger room which was helpful. The food at the restaurant was nice and the restaurant staffs were pleasing. The hotel's location is great. Overall, a very pleasing experience.

Everything was very well managed end to end and the stay was pleasant.The food was good as well in addition.

They kept some snacks in room and charging extra. Worst experience charging 3-4 times on the mrp of their own products

The room is spacious and good with interiors and lighting. The bath room is also spacious and had good fittings and provided with toothbrush, paste, razors,comb, soap,body wash,shampoo, hair conditioner etc. The restaurants are neat and spacious. The breakfast and food is good but not very good even though the food prices are high.

Good response from the receptionist and location is very nice near to all shopping centres, amenities are great and services are excellent

It’s time to say about the accommodation, food and overall facilities. The experience is amazing and feel good. The location is also very nearer to both bus stand and railway junction.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff Salma From front Office was extremely friendly and helpful,always greeting with a smile and making sure I was comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities. The location is perfect—close to major attractions and easily accessible.

Wash room is not good and the water pipe leaked after some time multiple reminders they resolved and they provide some snacks like mini bar but there is no proper info like these are all not for free after I took they telling u need to pay then I paid

There is Water issue. when we on Hot water full dust water is coming. inside the wash room is not able to sunck inside the the holes

Good staff and good service orientation , the rooms are descent and their location is their advantage , a Taj brand can do better . Veer is very helpful

My recent stay at Vivanta Vijayawada was no exception in many respects. 🌟 What Stood Out • Location: Centrally situated on MG Road, making it convenient for business and leisure. • Room Quality: Spacious, well-maintained rooms with a comfortable bed and a functional work desk. • Staff: Courteous and helpful. Special thanks to Sharook and Rahul at the front office, and Ananda for housekeeping. • Cleanliness & Comfort: The room was impeccably maintained, allowing me to unwind after a long day. 🔧 Areas for Improvement • Ramp Access: The steep incline from the main road poses a challenge for Diesel/CNG vehicles and raises safety concerns. • Bathroom Drainage: Water stagnation after a shower detracts from the overall experience. • Room Readiness: The first room allotted had a foul-smelling toilet and a leaking closet. I had to switch rooms just before an important online meeting. • Internet Access: The login screen disappeared before I could enter the password, causing delays and interruptions. • Shower Pressure: The overhead shower lacked sufficient water pressure, which affected usability. Despite these issues, I truly enjoyed my short stay and appreciate the efforts of the team. I wish Mr. Nageshwar Rao and his staff continued success in enhancing the guest experience.

Taj Vivanta was a great place to stay, welcoming staff, quality food and clean and comfortable rooms.
