Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur

I stayed just for a night, reached late as my train got delayed. Room was good with comfortable bed. Bathroom felt a bit cramped but there was 24/7 hot water. Bit disappointed with the food, ordered chicken kathi rolls at 10.40pm, they were oily with more of onion and capsicum than chicken. Went for the complimentary breakfast at 7.30am, only idli was available. Puri and paratha will take time they said, even though curry was ready. However I got dosa and omlette from the live kitchen. Didn't have lunch there, but heard that it is usually very crowded. Overall was a good stay

this is probably the best Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Guntur available in Guntur. Also the hospitality was very good. I will recommend this property for sure. food was good too.

The 2 Night stay was really nice. Will give a 5/5. The staffs were courteous. The food at Restaurant was yum. The rooms were spacious & clean. Definitely value for money!!!

Experience was good besides the shoe mitt was not changed in the room, which was used by the previous guest. The shaving kit was not the part of the accessories.

The staff are very welcoming,the pool is good. Food is amazing, cleanliness is of high standards..Overall a good experience.

Amazing place , great hospitality ..don’t miss the pool. Sunday buffet spread is vast variety of sea food and desserts.
