The cleaning staff were prompt to address any cleaning related requests. The breakfast spread was good too.

Food and brakefast is very good. Room ambience location staff behavior so nice

Rude staff I booked executive room. I think they degraded and gave standard room. Horrible room. Very rude staff. Food is pathetic On the last day at 8.45 nothing was left in buffet breakfast. Had to wait for 45 minutes for a cup of coffee. The card had some problem with connection and power was getting off in between Food is very very expensive and not worth it Not worth at all

Went on a business trip to this property after a very long time. The quality of the hotel is well maintained and the breakfast has been excellent. Good value for money

My stay at the hotel was good overall. The rooms were comfortable. The food was excellent and the staff were courteous. There were a few minor inconveniences, but overall, I am happy with the service and comfort .👍🏻

Stayed for 2 days here. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Toilets were near however there was one issue with shower which was fixed promptly. Service was good with polite staff.Complimentary breakfast menu was standard fare. we had dinner at orange restaurant and the food was really good. Though the pricing was a bit on higher side , would recommend it for the spacious rooms and good service and decent food options.

Stayed at The Kay Hotel, Vijayawada!!! The Hotel is located at Gunadala which is near to Autonagar and Airport. Convenient to commute around the city from the hotel and to airport. Rooms are hygienic and well maintained. Food is great and they serve South, North, Chinese!!! Excellent taste. Overall it's a cozy place to stay with not much of amenities though.

A/C, Fridge, Camodo is not working properly. We stayed 3 days. We are very much inconvenience Our food was spoiled due to not working fridge. Totally that room is worth around 30 percent. The same informed your staff. This is for your information

We have asked for a suitable room for 3 adults and 1 child. But the room allotted is not suitable for 4 members. Regarding Location, services and Food, it is excellent.

Have booked Hotel through app. Have selected with breakfast option for 2 adults and 2 kids. Unfortunately when we were having breakfast the Hotel staff asked us to pay got both the kids saying the booking is only for adults. This should have been informed while checkin itself so that i could have been prepared. It was an embarrassing situation for me when the staff informed infront of my family. They were ready to walkout without having breakfast. I had to manage them saying that I will pay for the same. They did not enjoy the breakfast as the experience was unpleasant. Hope make my trip will take care of such situations in future.
