The Hotel was not good... Room are not at all spacious... Even no breakfast served even after having in booking ... No GST bill given at counter

Great Location, Spacious rooms courteous staff. The rooms and wash rooms are super clean. The mattress is of very Good quality.

Breakfast is not given though it was included in the tariff and the hotel having tie up with outside the restaurant is also refused

it was Average.. not much complaints.. how ever KEYS ELITE was tricky name 😂 I got booking, actually I wanted the original keys Hotel.. however pricing made it okay

Room was small but ok. No water bottles provided and also charged 5 rs extra on water bottle mrp. Matresses were not that clean.

Pathetic services, rooms are stinky, no bell boy for luggage, no lift from parking till reception, lift was turned off at night. Reception staffs are not friendly.

After reaching the hotel they asked to wait for half an hour to allocate the room. And they have not at all given the drinking water bottle and asked us to pay. And i have opted for the complimentary breakfast but they said they don't have any restaurant and no option to provide the breakfast. And the room has mosquitoes.

Room is good. They were allotted a couple bed with a single bed in the room. That's the good gesture. We are stayed as couples. Good behaviour of staff. Atmosphere is just cool and relax.

Found an amazing deal when making a reservation. Really enjoyed it. Reduced the cost of my purchase. The whole reservation was very affordable.

We had a terrific time here and heartily suggest it as a great spot to party with friends.

Rooms are spacious but need to maintain new towels or good towels since they are in bad condition and also need to be maintained to reduce mosquitos apart from these points it's a decent hotel with ample parking

The hotel is at a great location and has nice, big bathrooms, comfy beds, and clean rooms.
