The room is full of cockroaches and there is no hot water. The management is irresponsible. They denied even to provide mental water which is already included in my package. They are asking us to buy it from them. I tried multiple times calling the reception to visit our room because we are not getting the hot water, but no one ended up being there such a brutal service i ever had. Sorry, i don’t have any pictures
