The stay was cozy, services were good and the breakfast was awesome. They give quality and tasty breakfast. For lunch and dinner their restaurant is specious and comfortable. The food is at a reasonable price. Service is very fast. Food taste and quality is good. Once I felt the AC is not working properly they changed my room easily. It was my first visit to Vijayawada but I enjoyed the accommodation and hospitality.

The experience was terrible. Hopeless service, the room was untidy, staff was rude and careless. AC and fan were not working. The riim change was promised but refused later on. MMT should not recommend this hotel. It was pathetic with big zero rating.

The hotel is very near and clean. Extra bed was provided and very happy to stay

Disappointing Experience – The location is quite poor and inconvenient. The hotel looks far better in the photos than it does in reality. I was shocked to find water dripping from the ceiling directly onto the bed—completely unacceptable. The door lock was also a nightmare; it wouldn’t open even after five attempts. Guests are practically forced to eat only from the in-house restaurant, as you are not allowed to order from outside.the staff lacks basic courtesy and professionalism. When I raised a concern, instead of resolving it politely, they quoted rules and policies. Overall, a very disappointing stay. Would not recommend.
