The room is good. Complimentary water bottle given every day. Breakfast items to be included like bread omelette. The room is good. Breakfast items like bread omelette to be included. Food is good. The location is very nice and it's in the heart of the city.

Hotel is clean and family friendly. Location is excellent ! Everything is good. But I felt is price is little on the higher side. If you can afford it .. you will not regret

Location is very nearer to MG road n Eluru road . We can get all kinds of materials such as electronics, motor spares etc and also best food n entertainment

I booked this hotel , but my experience was not up to the mark. The 5th floor where our rooms were allotted was not in good condition. I had booked two rooms for seven people and reached the hotel around 2 PM, but the rooms were not ready. The first set of rooms had AC water leakage, and we had to wait for about 20 minutes for another allocation. Basic amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste were missing in all rooms. I had high expectations for breakfast, but it was quite disappointing. Overall, my family did not enjoy the stay. This time, my experience was not very satisfying.

worst food and worst staff behaviour and at fooding staff very worst so please don't book room, if call to restaurant the restaurant people shouting

Very Good, this is the 2nd time i will stay in this hotel last time ( Last month only) Food is very good and tasty.

Ceiling was not good need to be made changes for the entire hotel of the interiors by red do the changes

THE ROOM WAS SMELLING WITH SOME FOUL SMELL. THE PROPERTY WAS VERY VERY OLD AND POOR RESPONSE FROM THE RECEPTION WHEN I INFORMED ABOUT THE SMELL..

I booked 2 rooms, my sister checked in in the afternoon. She said to the hotel person that we will stay in one room for the other room night my brother will come please handover the keys. They said ok. But when I reached there at night 1am he is full sleepy when I try to wakeup he is using bad words after wakeup he said you need to make a call to your sister and ask for room number. I said I don't want to wake them up in the midnight I will show you the booking confirmation but he denied. I made a call and she woke up and shared the room number then they were given the key.

The overall experience was good. The food was good in the restaurant and also room service was also very comfortable and hygienic.

Room neatness is not that good , we booked including breakfast option as we r new to the city but guy standing over there to serve is standing holding idly and asking should i give idly if he is giving free lf cost if we ask second time to serve then he should do that. First time itself he is just holding spoon and asking pathetic the word i cam say can check with others who were there today

Rats and lizards are also stayed with me in the room. Rats ate the prasadam of Goddess Kanaka Durga Mata. I couldn't take it to my home, An unfortunate thing. There is a smell of naphthalene balls from AC cooling. The fan is making loud noise. The wash room has shits of rats and lizards. The same is shown to Manager. Terrible stay.

I booked delux room for 1 night and it was very comfortable, hot water, AC, and TV are available and I enjoyed my hotel stay very much.
