pillow smell bad..

service was good but as amenities mentioned there was just few they didn't even provide the kettle nor even towel ,

The rooms are good, but they are not being maintained well by the staff, and their response to queries is very poor. Proper neatness should be maintained. Overall, the experience was okay.

Location is Good, but cleanliness and maintenance of hotel is bad or dirty 1. Bed bugs 2. Lots of mosquitos 3. No water in the toilet sinks 4. Majority of the things broken 5. Blood stains and hair on the blankets 6. Finally door lock doesn't work 7. Phone doesn't work for reception. 8. TV doesn't work, fan switch and regular broken can't control the speed, no fan or full blast. So initially we were given room 207, when we complained they were aware of some complaint they, changed us to room 104, then when we said the same in that room they came and said due to rains we couldn't get new laundry so they just stripped blankets and said this is what they have So full night, with mosquitos have to sleep in that terrible room. Honestly not worth at all for the price as the bare basic things, like water, security like door lock, bed bugs , blood stains and hair, broken swithes shows the level of maintenance.. Good thing is location and people try to help but they are helpless too as it appears management is bad...really not maintained..

Hotel is not good , their behaviour is not couples friendly and room was terrible with cockroaches, washroom has no water facility, and walls of washroom is so much uncomfortable, bad smell all over the room, bed is soft but bedsheet is not clean, when i informed they said they have no more rooms , i paid the top rated primeum room which coats me extra but facilities are worst, its not ment for couples so couples have to avoid this hotel

The room and bathroom are not clean. we found cockroaches in the room. The AC worked fine. Only one water bottle was paid provided for a two day stay that was also on demand. No cleaning of the bathroom and the room during the stay. Toiletries are not provided.

Bed not good and maintenance not good, old bedsheets, boys not professionals

Television not performing well and i informed to room service persons they are not informed me about problem what im faced.

Property location is near from vijaywada station. staff is very cooperative. our booking is for non AC but they give ac room with same rate. clean, hygienic atmosphere. thanks make My trip, and shree capital residency.

excellent hotel for family stay . I have stayed there for one night only but I don't feel anything bad in there . room is clean and ac is smooth. tv channels are not loading except the news channel . but it's okay for me as I just want to sleep for a night and next morning I have checked out. staff is good 👍

it's a dirty hotel I have ever seen in my life. Don't go on this hotel. sorry it's not hotel, it's a couple fucking centre. They didn't provide shop and clean bed sheet. Bedsheet are dirty from those couples who come for fucking in this hotel. Don't book this this hotel

no body came for cleaning, informed many times wood all affected by termites full dust smell unable to sleep ac inside all dust less cooling

The hotel is too unclean and staff are carefree. They don’t even provide a bottle of water. Not recommended to stay
