Hotel Southern Grand

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. The location is perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore nearby attractions, cafes, and shopping areas. Despite being central, the hotel still offers a peaceful atmosphere, so you get the best of both worlds. The food exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was fresh and plentiful, with a good mix of local specialties and international options. Each meal I tried at the restaurant was thoughtfully prepared, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The facilities are also impressive. The fitness center is modern and well-equipped, and the pool area is clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the little details, like a spa service that made the stay feel extra indulgent. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made my stay feel personal and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Water taste is very bad. Rate is quite high for the rooms. No place to park car. Food is also not good.

Never stay in this hotel no food and housekeeping service in this hotel after 9.00 cleaning is bad no knowledge to the staff I send mail pls check

I stayed here for just one night, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Though it was a short stay, everything was well-managed and hassle-free. Would definitely consider coming back for a longer visit!

Room is very bad and washroom water is red in colour and health fa set is not working in wash room, no hygiene in hotel , food is very bad and breakfast is worest… not recommend for others

Place is very ideal, room service is good, food is very tasty, clean rooms recommended for family - we stayed for 3 days and very good experience

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment for relaxation. The amenities, such as the free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, and television, worked well. The bed was comfortable.

Room Service and food is not good. Breakfast is limited and every day same menu. bathroom is not good.

I enjoyed staying in this hotel , it's very near to Railway station and market food is hygienic and tasty as well. wifi not working properly that needs an improvement.

this hotel is meant for cockroaches no for human, I think. When I opened the door, there are lot of cockroaches invited us into room. As we know Southern grand has its own brand for several years now.

It was a good start but the additional matters could have been better and the restrooms didn’t have any exhausts. Overall not a bad stay.

Stay was comfortable, washroom needs to be upgraded, toiletries were missing, food is Ok, location wise near to railway station

Stay was great because of it's comfort, neat and clean rooms. location was just 10mn away from railway station.

The room was amazing! The room service was good. The food was delicious and service at the restaurant was on point. Very cooperative staff at the reception as well.
