We booked 2 rooms and the booking in makemytrip showed there would be a common living area for 8 rooms. However, there is nothing like a common living area for 8 rooms in the floor we stayed. Secondly, the washroom exhaust fan was not working properly and the washroom was stinking.

when I entered into the room I found the cockroach near the bed immediately i killed that, only one towel , 2 water bottles , one soap , shampo thats it, no dental kit location is good but no restaurants available near that area

Near by railway junction and easy to walk, breakfast served after request they served to room with unlimited orders. Room is clean still found a bunch of hair near the mirror doesn't disturb me. AC cooling, TV channels options and wifi connectivity are good. highlight is they allowed mid night check in as I travel through Ganga kaveri train
