"I was disappointed with the hotel staff's behavior, which was quite unacceptable. Their response was also very poor.

No proper maintenance the building is very old, strange smell, bad experience

The hotel room showing says 240sq ft room but the room was half size or less than it. Room was full of dust and not clean. midnight they turned off the AC around 3am from their side and it was never turned on until we left by 8am. So the experience was not good and washroom no space to take bath . Very small one and not neat and clean. Never expected this

The ambience of the shown in the app and reality is terribly different. The quality of the bed and bedsheet are not at all comfortable. I faced the worst experience in staying that hotel

worst facilities in the room Service Also Worst Service Room Was Not Comfortable

Don't ever expect a good service from here, I was born and brought up in Vijayawada, the worst service after taking money of one hour when I reach reception, they informed that no service. pls don't prefer this hotel, a lot accommodation are there in Vijayawada, really and honestly putting this.Believe me. Don't prefer this hotel. I am a professional and regular traveler.

1) the room size is not expected to accommodate : adults and one kid - though i have booked two rooms and here is the split what i got standard non-ac double bed room -1 room only 1 double bed 1 adult & 2 children (10 yrs, 10 yrs) standard non-ac double bed room -2 room only 1 double bed 3 adults & 1 child (10 yrs) 2) the bed size can’t really accommodate the numbers mentioned 3) rooms are not as clean as i expected! 5) bathroom not working 6) no toiletries provided 7) asked for extra bed which they said they do not have 8) upon requesting for big size bed to accommodate 2 adults , they showed one room, but they asked me to pay 500 extra amount ; had to pay the amount of 500 (no bill) so that we can sleep well 9) mattress is very hard 10) bathrooms are not clean and very small ; water and rustic taps ; bucket and mug provided aren’t clean aswell! 11) no ventilation to the room 12) rooms have smell, but the floors are dirty

i had a very disappointing stay at hotel sipada. the rooms were not clean, and the hygiene standards were far below expectations. staff was unresponsive and lacked basic courtesy. the service was extremely slow, and even basic requests were ignored or delayed. the food quality was poor, and the overall environment felt very unwelcoming. definitely not worth the price. i would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

there is no wifi and A/c are not working properly and the smell was not soo good .it was very terrible experience.i have seen most of the good rating for it but it's completely opposite

Near to railway station and bus stop. Water leakage from A. C. Lighting is not up to the mark. You have to make your arrangement for drinking water. However hotel is good to stay.

respect to the hotel rate. Room is good. Their is only one service boy to shift the language. No restaurant in the hotel.

Not clean, they have no control over room allocation with respect to online booking. If available you are lucky you get room even if you paid full at online app. Initially allocated one room there was no AC. Then shifted to next , AC was not cooling and no space for extra bed. Then the manager allocated already vacated room with minimum cleaning. We lost one watch during shifting. They didn't return even after contacting them. All staff require tips. But well behaved staff. Minimum parking,
