property was at good location and food served at their restaurant was also good. only issue is parking. low height cars like sedan will get scratches at parking ramp

Very good room. Location is also very good and easily accessible. Breakfast options are limited but OK.

Had a completely unexpected and disappointing experience here. I ordered Malai Chaap (Soya Chaap), but when the dish was served, I found red pieces in my food — which turned out to be chicken! Later, they admitted that chaap was not even in stock. When I questioned them, they gave a ridiculous excuse saying it turned red because of butter.

Rooms are very good. Location of the hotel is excellent and easily accessible. Parking facility is also good. Laundry facility is available but they can improve to same day delivery. Staff is very good.

We stayed for 1 night here. Location is good, around 2 kms Sri Kanaka Durga temple. Front Office manager was kind to arrange us for cab for sight seeing. Checkin, checkout process was smooth. Bathroom doors inside was little untidy, which can be rectified for better look and feel.

Bathroom have water issues like water stopped and not clearing and water pipe is not working. Ac is not worked. Terrible stay

Rooms are clean and hygiene. Family friendly Hotel. Food is good and items in buffet can be improved. Car parking is available only for 6-7 cars. Overall it was a nice stay.

The hotel became very much old and no proper maintenance is there and no replacements are done where ever needed but their rooms tariffs are same like other new hotels. Food quality and service in the restaurant is just average. Overall not a great experience. I would just rate them 2.5 out of 5.

The fitness center is modern and well-equipped, and the pool area is clean and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. I especially appreciated the little details, like a spa service that made the stay feel extra indulgent. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to assist, which made my stay feel personal and welcoming. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Water taste is very bad. Rate is quite high for the rooms. No place to park car. Food is also not good.

I stayed here for just one night, and it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. Though it was a short stay, everything was well-managed and hassle-free. Would definitely consider coming back for a longer visit!

Room is very bad and washroom water is red in colour and health fa set is not working in wash room, no hygiene in hotel , food is very bad and breakfast is worest… not recommend for others
