VSR grand

The location is okay. There is no restaurant and complimentary breakfast was provided in our rooms in the form of food packets from outside . Though soap was provided, shampoo packets were provided after our request. The towels provided were changed after request. Hot water was an issue but they attended after our request. The view from the 4th floor where we were provided a suite was very good.

Hotel very near to railway station. Late night check-in also done smoothly. Reception service was good. Any complaints were promptly acted upon. Water bottle was not provided, but VSR grand has ro, where we can refill our own bottles

located at the center of Vijayawada. Nearer to Railway Station/BusStand, etc. Property doesn't have the canteen facility. On order, they fetch from the nearby restaurants & supply. Hot water is available. Room Service is good.

It was a nice and comfortable stay. Friendly and cooperative staff, clean room and decent breakfast. It's located in a very convenient area. Lack of a dedicated parking space can be considered a minor drawback.

The room is good. Hospitality is very good. They responded to all the things we asked them to do. We requested them to change the bedsheet, which they did immediately. The bathroom is also clean.

Very pleasant stay, very polite staff and clean rooms. Liked it. Very near to kanakadurga temple. Super.
