property location is good but their services & amenities are terrific..I asked to update my company Gst details which they denied & allocated room key got stucked where without locking my room I spent the whole night..where I lost my privacy after the advance booking

Not good at service , Not responded to any queries . Please Look into the problem

Hotel stay was great and located at centre of city with all amenities available near by.

Extremely BAD experience, Very bad staff, if booked through app they don’t provide water also, and they have denied giving me GST bill as I have booked

Location is good. We did not consume any food after we found that the house keeping was terrible. The service was extremely bad to say the least. The WC in the rest room was not cleaned. The health faucet pipe was leaking. The floor was quiet dirty.

only location is good. other neetness of the room, Bed, Bedsheets , Toilets , door handles are very ugly. mosquitos, cockroaches running all over rooms. terrific experience.

Very unprofessional. I checked in around 7 pm and it was a very disappointing stay. Took hours to switch on the TV when India was playing the CT final. Had to plead with them in the morning to provide towels. What's more amusing was the recommendation of the hotel to make booking Seriously, please avoid this hotel.

Hotel people doesn't have room availability but they want money. Allotted such a room where tv doesn't work, ac doesn't work. Though we complain to mm t for cancellation they want approval from property which property people doesn't send.

The location of the hotel is centrally located and it makes travel to other parts of the city quite convenient. The hotel room is fine and the staff and reception desk were cooperative.

Decent place. The receptionist was co-operative. The reception area is not appealing. The laundry bedsheets are allover the reception and the walkway. Tariff is attractive.

There is no proper communication between you and hotel management. They denied giving a room because they received only 1300/ from you. We paid in full (1665) to make my trip for 3 people. Bthey insist to shell down another 500/ fault is from your end also. We tried to contact you but your mobile is that number is not valid. Awful experience with you & hotel staff. I travel a lot but hereafter i will never book a room through you.

One of the worst experiences. Right from staff everything is as horrible. Even after making advance payment through mm t they are continuously behind me for payment. Continuous calls from hotel was much irritating.

I have decided not to select hotel swarna heights again. Though i have paid for the room weeks ahead of time, i was no room's available. Finally by noon they arranged for one. The room wasn't tidy. Reception staff wasn't bothered at all to respond well.

We have taken 5 to 6 rooms for marriage guests for my son-in-law's brother marriage. Stay was good and we could manage all the guests, as there were few senior management of canara bank were also their in that guest list. Overall, our stay was good at this hotel.
