Innotel Hotel

There was a noticeable lack of maintenance in the rooms, and the bathrooms had no ventilation, which caused discomfort. Additionally, the room was not soundproof, and we experienced constant noise from outside vehicles throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep.

The Experience is not at all good rooms are not maintained properly and there is some smile coming from the rooms

Stay was good and comfortable. The staff was very courteous and reliable. The location of hotel is superb for night stay as it is on the main road for stop over journeys

The staff is cordial and helpful. I got suite room which was smelling bad and there was no alternate room available. The property is not well maintained. Breakfast was just ok.

1. Breakfast not included 2. No coffee maker in the room 3. Room was not prepared for 3 guests until requested for it 4. The restaurant attached is not up to the mark

Very nice property and specially rooms with canal side is really cool. All the staff are well mannered and cooperative. Room size good, hygiene and clean.

It is the best served hotel. The staff very good and cooperative in all respects. Food to the mark.

I was driving down from chennai with my wife. Had informed late check in and didn't have much problems with the same too. Had to wait for 5 minutes before the room was set up. Parking was an issue as some function was going on and i was assured of valet parking which i am never comfortable with. But no other go. The food ordered was provided within adequate time and was excellent too. Only issue was the next day saw 2 scratches on the driver side door! which i called up the security guard driver and pointed out. He was like didn't happen from my side maybe some 2 wheeler must have done! that was the only negative issue. Stay, food, room for air-conditioning, service etc all good!

Bed room lights are very dark and dull they should replace them. Paints and furniture works need to be done asap

Hotel rooms look old. We did not have hot water in our room as the tap had some repair so we got hot water given to us in buckets

Very good with room, cleanliness is fantastic. Though need to improve the geyser quality. Hotel staffs are courteous and cooperative.

Pros : 1) walkable distance to my visiting office 2) breakfast is good 3) staff and receptionist are friendly cons: 1) the shower water pressure is so low 2) no dust bin at washroom nor hall 3) no amenities like - coffee kettle, tea, coffee bags, etc 4) the bathroom sliding door gets struck at some point and loose at another point which may lead to any accident.

Good central location. We were there just gir the night sleep. Courteous staff and very responsive. Total value for money

The hotel was excellent with arena beauty from the window was fantastic. The boys and the room service was quite adorable. They were very co operative and delivered with perfection. The food quality was also fair. I would recommend my colleagues to avail your hotel in future and to myself also if i travel nearby there. Thank you very much.
