Hotel Sunrise

Feedback: I recently stayed at Hotel Sunrise, and it was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I entered the room, it was clear that there was no proper maintenance or care. The rooms were in extremely poor condition, the beds were not properly maintained, and the washrooms were unhygienic and neglected. There was no proper usage or upkeep of the facilities, and everything felt dirty, disorganized, and uncomfortable. This is not the standard of service or cleanliness that any guest expects from a hotel. The overall experience was completely disappointing, frustrating, and not worth the money I spent. I genuinely regret choosing this hotel for my stay. Due to the poor quality of the accommodation and the lack of basic cleanliness and maintenance, I am requesting a full refund for the amount I paid. This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever faced in a hotel.

booked for my sister family traveling to Vijayawada for 2 nights. But they have to vacate the next morning. The hotel asked to pay for vacating in advance. This is ridiculous. Never recommend to anyone.

Worst maintenance

The property is located in the heart of the city. Suitable for family and everyone can find best food around the property

1. No maintenance 2. Shock coming while using tap for hot water 3. Breakfast included while booking but not provided. 4. It's not a hotel it's a lodge. 5. No cleanliness 6. Stayed in b3 room, 3rd floor. 7. Disturbing atmosphere.

Everything was good except the washroom which is camode. Very unhygienic and irritating. I request the hotel management to keep the washroom very clean.

This is the one of the best hotels in near vijayawada bus stand iam completely satisfied staying in Sun rise 🏨

This hotel location, food, hygiene & safety standards are good

First problem was with check in, they asked me to pay saying online payment is not valid. So i had to argue for sometime to get the room. Rooms look spacious but the issue is they are not maintained well and there was no ventilation so you have that dumped smell. Dirty sofa and stained bedsheet. The bedsheet and the blankets had holes and was torn. The doors had a bad lock. Bathroom was the worst part, door doesn't close easily and the bucket was broken. Overall a very bad experience. Won't recommend this hotel. No

Oky. 1. Bed & sheets not clean & good @ sunrise. 2. Room service is extremely poor. 3. The lift system is an old one, but stairs are always locked. Will not stay in this hotel again

They were unable to provide us the type of room that we had booked. Instead they accommodated us in some other suite and for that also they kept us waiting at the reception for almost half an hour in the middle of the night when we were really tired after a very long drive. Also, the commode seat was broken and the room was also cleaned after we told them to do so.

Food is rice, dosa, utpam tea all is spicy but its okay. Location is perfect in the near 300 mtr. Of railway station and bus stand. Food markets, cloth markets shopping are nearby 1 or 2 kms. Hygiene is okay but weather is rainy and mosquitos. Safety is okay. People and hotel staff are very co-operative and nice behaviour

Staffs are horrible, only wants tips nothing else after days towel bedsheet changes, not every day, full of mosquitoes no precoation,

The location is good. But rooms are smelling.
