Alankar Inn

There are no proper amenities, the geyser was not working, they didn’t provide a water bottle, the washroom was not good, the AC was also not working properly, the landline was not working, everything was not satisfactory.

Poor service, no maintenance, no response, very dirty rooms, AC not working, hot water not working, bad experience

While the location, access to restaurant are a big plus, old / dated rooms and noise coming from adjoining theatre is a big negative.

Response at reception was not apprecated. Hotel dont have fiiding fecilities within the premises of hotel. Even for tea hotel depends on outsource. Also towels, water bottels, and minimum requirements are being privuded on asking only. On the whole services and quality if stewards, attendants very very poor.

I have booked a superior room, but the hotel provided me a non a/c room say that all the rooms are booked out. I'm not happy yet all, there customer service is bad. The rooms are very filthy and poor sanitation. I would never suggest this alankar inn hotel vijayawada to anyone. I would like to suggest make my trip remove this hotel from there list, as they would also loose the customers because of this degraded hotels.

I booked for triple occupancy but after check in the receptionist insisted that i’d have to pay for the extra mattress and also when i contacted make my trip about the same, that person changed his words saying that it was for the late check out charges and also for the kid who was 12 years old, listening to this even make my trip people asked me to pay the extra charges even though i had booked for triple occupancy

Our marriage happened in this same hotel and i trusted that it would be good to stay there again. But, it turned out that it is not the same no more. There were some constant noise the whole night from the floor above. Fan was not working and the ac was hardly cooling the room at 16 degrees. On top of it the management was constantly after me to vacate the room 30 mins prior to the check out time as they had a customer waiting. Overall, i'll not come back again.

Very poor maintenance, food is not good, there is only one person serving for all in the restaurant and he is struggling. Lights in the are like haunting lights, the moment we enter the room we get cigarette smell which is very horrible to breath, there is a movie theater next to the hotel and we get sounds from the hotel and sounds start in the morning show and ends with 2nd show. So we will not be able to sleep till 12 am. Room boys service is average, wi-fi don't work for all the rooms.

The stay is very comfortable and the room is spacious. Value for money.

Rooms are spacious. Really value for money. Comfortable stay. Room service is a bit slow but i got what is promised at the end. No hassles in check in and check out if we book through make my trip.

I visited vijayawada and stayed in alankar inn and it is located in middle of the vijayawada and 1/2km to vijayawada railway station and bus stand. Staff of the alankar inn are very decent and cooperative. Rooms are clean and comfortable

Theater sound noise and bad hospitality

All things ok a small issue listed below 1, room service bad especially ordering food never attended the call. Only me ravi do something better 2. No kettle for tea making in room if we ask 5am for tea wait for 7am 3

Iocation is good. Food is not bad. Service is good amenities not up to mark. On the whole. Ok

The hotel people were good at resolving the issue as per the given eminities.

Excepting the location, there is nothing good to report about this hotel. Reception staff are impolite. Rooms are gloomy with minimal lighting. Bathroom fittings are grimy and rusted. Commode is stained. Curtains are dirty. Toiletries have to be asked for. Previous days' leftovers are reheated before serving (excepting dosas. Cleaning staff ask for tips. Inshort, the property excepting super-structure needs total refurbishing. Simply said, i regret the booking.

Well that was an amazing stay in alankar inn easily accessible to anywhere in the city followed by nice staff quick response and food was very good. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one

Worst rooms and maintenance

Location is good. Safety standard average
