Horrible service and Absurd food price
The service has been degraded drastically. I booked a room with king size bed but to my surprise they allocated a room with 2 single bed for the first 6 hour of the stay and been shifted to a new room. Food quality has also become horrible. Its like quality is going down but the rate is going up at same pace. The door of the room was not even getting closed properly until much force is being applied to open or close. To cut it short, I used to love their service and quality but my this visits changed all of my biew n perception. I do not recommend this property anymore.

The tariff Vs the room size is very poor , cramped rooms & not professionally managed. No space for car parking, room service no is busy always.Not able to give the room service bill as the printer issue. Food quality is good. There is no restaurant. Overall it’s in prime area which is being charged without due aminities .

Rooms very tidy . Food service poor very few offers kitley is provided but no tea milk sugar sachets are given in the room. Staff is courteous. Management negligent about service. Not ok for longer duration .

Terrible Stay
Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room size was extremely small and uncomfortable. Hot water was inconsistent, and there was no way to adjust the AC temperature, which made the stay very unpleasant. The biggest frustration was with the room key card – it never worked. Every single time I had to call someone from reception to open the room, and shockingly, the staff didn’t even seem to know how to activate the key card properly. For the price and expectations, this was an extremely poor experience. Definitely not worth it and would not recommend staying here.

An excellent stay. Very close to bustand and railway station..food is extremely good definition try their paneer biryani.. could improve their bathrooms. The water was yellow and it smelled odd. Rest everything is good.

performance of kubera grand hotel vijayawada
room servicing good. water for bath is very dirty which is un excusable. Continuous humming sound in the room from top.Not able good sleep.Bath room door is not closing.

Hotel room was neat and clean, the staffers were hospitable and the breakfast was good. However, the room humidity was so unbearable due to so much and so much moist, may be due to condensation by a faulty air-conditioning mechanism..
