The receiving and hotel maintenance was good in Vijayawada the first day is good great service thanku

They are telling your room might change anytime as we gave deluxe instead of classic eventhough I booked a deluxe room. Water is leaking from AC, we need to put bucket under AC beside the bed. Very irritating, staff not responded for that also, they provided extra bucket for that.

They denied to give booked room( Duplex )instead they have given some other room(classic) and not returned the money also and theroom was not clean all the wall are full of dirt. not able to discrib the think in the wall but it was awakword to see the walls They are selling the soft dring with excess of Rs 5/- than MRP, i asked why you are charging extra, and staff reply was "I am selling with this process as per my hotel management order" we need to complain to the Food safety officer for selling more than the MRP price

Good service & room staff behaviour too good, location also near by bus stand. But we are facing a problem with mosquitos

i they dint included the breakfast even after charging the cost for both stay along with complementary breakfast this is ridiculous and very much disappointing thing this is literally looting

Good rooms and sanitized rooms this is good for couple stay and family stay i will refer this no. 1in vijaywada budget friendly room

Staff helpful, room is near and in good condition but the towels which they have given are not good

Dirty bed sheets, pillows, no hot water, very poor maintenance. U can’t avail free breakfast even though u have paid as they don’t have any restaurant or pantry

It's really very nice stay. Enjoyed the stay at this premises. Good ambience and excellent service by the room boy. Room is very well maintained and moreover ventilation is excellent. I enjoyed the stay.

Ambience is nice but maintainance is not good especially towels and bed sheets were no hygenie which gives negative impression. That’s was the bad experience

I have been staying for 10till now and need to stay for some more days and the even not considered the old price and asking for very much per day now and the money for value is not worth it

I have tried to extend the booking and the hotel have asked for the extra payment and i have no option left and i had to pay that that’s very disappointing and the room hygiene is below average. That’s it i have to tell

Its a decent stay for d low price. But mosquitoes wont let you sleep. Staffs were polite and good
