the service was too poor room were not cleaned the bathroom was horrible there was lots of shaved hair with used soap and dirty floor and the matress and the blanket itself had female hairs and there was a cats in the room with noise constantly from their fall ceiling really the whole night was terrible i literally couldn't sleep due to the continuous rattling noise coming from the fall ceil

fair for one night stay with low budget. but reaching to hotel managers contact number was really panic. Oyo customer care is worse experience. MMT team supported us a lot.

I had booked 7 rooms on 15-16 February. When we reached the hotel at 1 am the manager told us that we had only 6 rooms, we were 7 couples, in the remaining 6 rooms some had already planned a birthday party and they were full of balloons, we had to shift to another hotel at night, the boy at the hotel did not help me at all, he asked me to get a refund of my amount

My recent experience with "hotel o mr crown inn to inn" was nothing short of a disaster. Despite making a reservation in advance, my family and i were unable to stay at this hotel due to multiple issues: 1. *hotel confusion: upon arrival, the front hotel, we are hotel gate and reception. Because the hotel is constructed on half a portion of the 3rd floor building with wooden partition. The gate is from the building store room. 2. *hygiene issues: the room assigned to us was filthy. There were stains on the bedding, unclean bathrooms, and an unpleasant odor throughout. 3. *unresponsive staff: attempts to reach out to the hotel staff for assistance were ignored. We received no support or solutions for the problems we encountered. 4. *safety concerns: there were serious safety concerns, including broken locks on the doors and windows. Due to these severe issues, we decided not to stay at this hotel and had to make alternative arrangements at the last minute, incurring additional expenses and inconvenience. I urge others to think twice before booking a stay here. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and questioning the standards of the hospitality industries.

It's very bad hotel. I was check out 9am today. There is no ac, no any other facilities
