rooms were clean but rooms were only cleaned once until your stay in hotel, I got a defunct water heater in my room

We weren't given stay in the hotel we booked. instead they sent us to another place called Hotel O airport road. It was not a great place to stay. cockroaches in the room, didn't provide any toiletries or water bottles. gave 1 small rug for each of the two rooms booked. 1 room was really small and it's built beside lift which kept making noise the entire night.

no proper reception and all electrical appliances are not working properly the bathrooms are not clean and no extra buckets without soap and shampoo

I have two reviews to make... First is the hotel we stayed... ..no food, pics were different from location, there was no mention of hotel anywhere, no free breakfast as there was no kitchen, horrible experience Second from Bengaluru to Tirupati...APRTC bus booked .wrong directions, not so friendly app of yours, no communication from your or APRTC side, missed my bus as driver changed the route, no refund from your side, I ll be never using again, worst time of my life, you can't open a app and sit on it....very poor services

Bed n billow is not cleaned. Tv is not working. Just basic room only. If no other room then can stay here.
