they are cheaters they ask more money to pay they do not consider the amount very very worst ever management only want money

I booked the room and called the hotel through phone call and confirmed my check-in time.. But at the time of check-in, no rooms provided for me.. Literally I travelled another 2 .5 kms to have room in their another branch and for that room they charged extra 750rs. This is not fair to treat a customer like this..

My friend was asked to pay 700 extra on reaching the hotel. Shocking. Finally, after some bargaining, it was brought down to 200. This is not fit even for bachelors.

The concerned hotel o jayam residency has refused check in on the pretext that no long stay is allowed. Also the front desk person has told he has no intimation from make my trip. On showing the voucher, he asked to call the mm t customer care number. I have called between 17. 30 and 17. 40 pm on 9th jan, the check in day. The recorded voice answered my booking is canceled. So, please refund the amount to my payment credit card

Ye hotel ac booking par ac room available hone ke baad bhi nahi deta aur bol deta hai ki apne non ac book kiya hai aur extra amount charge kar deta hai housekeeping ka charge bhi leta hai please don’t choose this hotel 3rd class hotel hai

Worst support care. Stay vouchers not sent to hotel. Had to pay from pocket and refund is extremely complicated
