Not clean . No door lock . Waited too long to check in . Not even provided soap or anything like towel

The hotel room was decent but nothing special. It was clean and had basic amenities, but the furniture felt a bit outdated. The bed was comfortable, but the lighting was dim. Overall, it was an average stay, suitable for a short trip.

I never expected to receive such excellent facilities for the amount I spent. The room and washroom are neat and well-maintained

Room wall is not clean and bed. Bathroom bucket not clean. No tea service

We found blood stains in the wall and bed. Pillows, bedsheet, blanket and towel is not even clean. Blood stains in wall and bed. Its very awkward to stay in the room. Another room is preety good and happy to stay there.

When asked for mosquito liquid, they say ac room won't have mosquito and they won't provide any mosquito liquids and we have to bring our own when we stay there.

Washrooms are not clean, no proper ac, lift is not working. Water heater not working.

it's like a Dungeon house. No house keeping, no security, Staff has no basic behavioral etiquette, cleanliness is ZERO. many rooms are sealed by Govt, not sure the reason. I don't recommend this place for any family staying

i always prefer this stay when I have to visit my office. Polite staff and they address the concern immediately. Highly recommended!

Room is not clean proper & service also not good

The property is most unhygienic and not at all clean. Ac not working, rooms shabby and i thinkbit is used room they had given us.

Make my trip is a worst platform which doesn’t keep track of the hotels on their portal. I will never use make my trip in future infact i will tell all my contacts not to use this platform for hotel booking

Worst stay actually, room was not clean, mosquito everywhere cockroach, and bathroom was dirty room smells like toilet

I booked for 2 days. Ac not working after my complaint they are not taking any steps to resolve that issue. Bed spread and pillow cover not cleaned properly. Even after complaint they are not clear the dustbin. Really a bad experience

Room was located little interior, but food, hygiene, safety were good.

We went as a family with kids and unfortunately it did not meet our cleanliness standards. The bedsheets were old had stains and the bathroom wasn't cleaned. Overall not a good place if u go with family. I had to vacate after 10 minutes of chekin and booked another accommodation

Rooms were good but mostly these rooms are used to weekend enjoyment. If yr staying wuth friends this is a budget room with good amenities
