my stay was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, the rooms were spotless and beautifully decorated, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Very terrible stay. No water in bathroom. Tea not served till one and a half hours. very smelly bathroom o cleaning in room as well as in bath. room size is very small. TV not working and no battary in TV remote.
