Terrible Experience at the Hotel.I had booked in advance and on reaching the hotel they denied checkin stating that it was overbooking and they are not responsible for any help.The staff was very rude especially the property manager and other staff was laughing at our discomfort.We had to call the police and atlast shifted to another hotel as it was a disappointing experience to argue alongwith my elderly parents to such a hotel.Please never book this hotel there were many guests who experienced the same issue and multiple police complaints had to be filed by every guest. -value for money. -room was neat and clean. -price was low compare to facilities and market price. -staff were polite. - i have been repeating my stay for above happy customer...😀😀.

Hotel checkin was very smooth, staff behaviour was great, rooms was fully equipped with all necessary amenities, hotel restaurant’s food was very tasty

Property is amazing, calming space, neat and clean surroundings, rooms, halls, garden area, etc. All essential amenities are provided, check in and check out process is smooth location is near gandhinagar capital railway station so transportation is easily available.

Pathetic hotel. How come mm t did not check their services and facility before register their portal. Staff's are terrible and did not assist on any requirements. Use discard linen used and no exhausts in room. Dirty bathroom, bucket. No action after several intimation to hotel team and mmt. Expect to refund my entire money back and mm t must take action on this

The hotel was excellent, the atmosphere of the hotel was good, everything was excellent and clean the staff was excellent

Good place, morning manager was good but evening manager was kind of rude. Rooms were clean and well maintained.

Experience was very horrifying. Staff was very non cooperative. Even they were not accepting government id. They took 2 hours for collecting id, till they didn't even open the booked room. My baby was crying for go to bed but they were not giving key of room.

Bed is too small it was so uncomfortable to sleep mattress is weird my back is paining. Could not sleep because of small bed n mattress, no towels in bathroom

Manager is too rude and there are lot of insects in hotels. No cleaning. No staff manners. They are just too rude everyone in this hotel

Except some basic amenities like tea kit, drinking water in room, over all stay was good. Passengers needs to brie g own water bottles.

We were in the room and forgot the keys outside the door, in the morning a hotel staff (supervisor) came and starts opening the door and we screamed from the inside that don’t open we are in the room but the staff continues to do that even after hearing and asks question “who is there” and he opens the door and then looks in the room and then goes. When complained to the manager all i received was an excuse that the guy was new even though he is not. And even if he was, it shows the complete lack of basic hotel policies and basic etiquette and a complete infringement to right of privacy. A person goes to a hotel with some expectations that the staff will at-least be educated enough to act like that but it clearly shows that just about anybody is running the hotel without any concern for a person’s legal rights. Beyond disgusted is what the act was.

Fooding is bad cold tea not worth to eat fooding facility is not in hotel so need to go out if you want

Excellent service and behavior also by hotel manager and staff also

At the time of check inn hotel staff didn't informed about ac non functional. Then-after faced issued with the stay. People already staying also said that they also raised to concern but even though no corrective action from hotel staff.
