Had a wonderful family trip here. The hotel was clean, staff was awesome, and it felt so cozy for all of us.

Hotel exceeded corporate travel expectations completely. Clean room and professional staff made work trip outstanding and memorable.

I should not say this but when I was booking the hotel I had checked that some things were complementary like water, etc. I had booked the room after checking this but on going there I was given such a room that neither the AC was correct nor was I given a water bottle, I was told that the water is chargeable and I got a towel which was very dirty and the bed sheet was also dirty and it was smelling.

The hotel had a warm and welcoming vibe. Our room was clean and perfect for a relaxing stay. Safe and comfortable stay.

services are not up to the mark. Maintenance is extremely poor. I had to call room service multiple times to get the Air Conditioner fixed. The staff is also rude. They lack basic human ethics.

Early check in not provided while booked room accordingly. room cleaning very poor, TV not working..while requesting for recharge..not supported by staff. AC not working. room no. 207. exaust fan of bathroom not working. ventilation not provided. not recommended for family stay. amenities and staff support very poor.

Pathetic experience of staff who are not cordial at all. Rooms were very unusually small than normal hotel rooms. Delayed services when asked for extra blanket they have given stinky blanket which was not clean bed sheets were dirty. When bathroom door knob was accidentally locked they said give ₹2000 for carpenter service to open it I asked why don’t they have key then they opened it by themselves all they were looking to take extra money by any means. I asked them to call cab they took commission from the driver and charged me extra which driver told me later.
