Worst service. Reception guy that was there at night was extremely rude. They need to show some respect if i am talking to them nicely.

My stay at the hotel was a disappointing experience. not as advertised, poor cleanliness,mosquitoes , and a foul odor. The staff seemed uninterested in addressing concerns, offering no solutions when I reported the issues. I want extra bed , Basic amenities Wi-Fi were either unavailable or malfunctioning. The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and of subpar quality. Noise from neighboring rooms and poor soundproofing disrupted my sleep. To make matters worse, billing errors occurred at checkout, adding frustration to an already unpleasant stay. Overall, the experience failed to meet even basic expectations. I hate oyo hotels

We were delighted to find that this hotel was pet-friendly. The staff was incredibly welcoming and treated our pet like a vip. We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to fellow pet owners.

Fan doesn't work, not lock to the room, very bad bedsheets and blankets, reception guys won't respond to the calls and won't clean the rooms even after multiple reminders.

I lost my watch in the room & they said they did not find it. Terrible experience.
