Property is good and service also good

Its not at all same as seen in the photos and bathroom was not clean smells horrible

This Hotel is very uncleaned and unhygienic. The bedsheet is also on clean and dirty. When I tell them the service boy to clean our room or change the bedsheet, so they just like their face like like they don't like they don't want to do so. The hotel I recommended, so don't go this hotel because they are very unhygienic, and every bedsheet have some dirty. When I complain their face like they have some problem with us

It was really a bad experience which i had. The bedsheet provided was not good no complimentary water bottles available and also no bathroom essentials was provided. No glasses and also ac was also not that good. Customer service was not upto mark and i will never suggest someone this place. No i'm happy with 5%

The room was a complete mess, no room amenities, stain whole over the bedsheets, blankets and pillows. When asked the receptionist to change the bedsheets he refused and said it is like this only if you want you can check out from the room. After so many heated arguments we told him to atleast change the pillow cover and he changed it but that was too a used dirty one and then he started to speak arrogantly. The receptionist was not at all professional, he was a muslim guy with beard. Poor experience

i booked a 2 occupancy and a 3 occupancy based on the photos (smaller room for 2 and a spacious room for 3), but during check-in they gave me two small rooms and said the spacious rooms are not available. after arguing i got the room. but we had two additional guests. while inquiring before booking they said they'll charge ₹300 per visitor. but while check-in they demand if they stay we have to pay ₹500. we were in need and we agreed to pay. but again for the mattress they demanded additional ₹200 per person, stating ₹500 is only for stay and the additional amount is for the mattress. but the mattress was not so clean and even if i buy the mattress from outside shop the mattress would have costed me ₹400-500. such cheap quality. the rooms were good, but the administration is very very horrible. there is no complimentary breakfast or coffee/tea provided. i would not recommend it for others.

There is no complementary breakfast but while booking they said breakfast is available they are cheating

The team was kind and provided great hospitality. The overall vibe of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing.

Stay was fine and facilities provided are enough to fulfill the purpose.
