we ask them to show the rooms very rudely the told us we can't due to We booked from MakeMyTrip, second one request to them to early check in due to they have vacant rooms they told us the can't due to you booked your hotel through makemytrip online we waited for 2 hours outside of the hotel just because we booked a hotel through online

The person in reception is very very rude. He has no basic manners and doesn't listen to customer grievances. Bedsheet was smelling of sweat and when I asked him to change politely he instead began arguing that it is being washed everyday. if it was washed naturally there should be fresh smell. I even took the bedsheet to the reception to show him the smell but he refused. They need to stop fooling people and first check on customer satisfaction. Was there any harm in giving a clean bedsheet. After so much of argument it was given and also for the toilets while sitting on their English pot it was shaking drastically. Terible and stressed my mind completely while on vacation

Maintenance zero ,room was in pathetic condition,no cleanliness, worst experience of my life.

The stay was awesome. Enjoyed in pool with friends. Food is also delicious. We tried all chicken and fish starters and it was all very tasty.
