Total all hotel service bad. Not return my MONY. My is West

Room issues, ac not work properly, tv not work, water problems

Good but it is inside and be worry of the dogs. In the bungalow they don't let you go inside nor outside.

Location was very hard to search, the caretaker was drunk, room and its bed were okay.

Worst experience shared with MMT. We expected a lot but nothing was as shown. The name of the hotel was fake and also no complimentary breakfast as per mentioned was provided. The room had no almirah, chair. No service was provided

First thing address stated in makemytrip and hotel we been staying was different location. Almost 3km away and hotel don't have my information. Amenities specified there is no hot water, don't have a door lock for bathroom. Bed sheets where quite dirty. Hotel staff was kind and helpful.

Very poor service, I made the booking well 3 months in advance for two Deluxe apartments for 8 people for 4 days. Me and my friends reached at midnight and upon reaching we were given a single 1 BHK apartment for 8 people which was nowhere near what we booked. In the end we had to adjust in that room somehow(they must have given our rooms to other people). Although upon arguing they shifted us to a different location, but our first night was completely ruined among 4 nights we booked. Swimming pool was also 700 m from hotel, also breakfast quality was not up to mark. I recommend, if you value your money don't book here. I can clearly tell the difference as I visited Goa last year and made a booking at Sodders Beach Classic just half a km from this hotel and it was awesome in all regards.

Rooms were OK, but swimming pool was at other resort 700m away. In the name of service a single person to attend with no facility other than tea and cleaning floors. For all service amenities, had to wait for half an hour, either be it towels or soaps. Breakfast was not available before 10 AM after several reminders.

Very bad service building like ghost house very poor atmosfair of there please don't go with family it was my big mistake so please don't do that. Rabbit also fully available there to cut and distroid your lagguage no towel no soap no glass no crockry no electricity power backup no TV no lift working bad also not good veeerryyy waste of money
