The room was ok, ok,

The location was excellent. It was lush green forest like feeling. The food was little costly but the quality of food is great.

The room was terrible bed was small bathroom door lock was broken, water in the washroom was very less, towels were unclean, food served was cold overall service was very bad.

Very bad experience food good but room are not in good condition bathroom very small shower not working properly food very costly quantity very low

very pleasent, comfortable. atmospheare to staff, to calmness- all fine . swiming pool - an amazing experience.

Need to call 2 times for every roome service. Also water is very bad and need to update the front managers as he is talking bad manners

Very bed toilet condition. Geyser not working. Shower was also not working. Many instant when power is off.

It was good experience in resort. Few services were disturb but it were not important for us. Happy to stay. Suggestions : 1. Check the room facility before providing the room 2. Before allocation of room, ask or show the room to the customer. Just rates are high although meal is not included. So its weird to know but its fine.

There is no amenities in resort no swimming pool there is no game section. Sorry but i want refund

Good receptionist, helpful staff and also condition of room is very good. The place is in a peaceful location when we spend quality time with family and loved ones.

Greenwoods resort is nicely located in ahmedabad's periphery and has a good concept of lake view resort. However the lake was closed and not maintained. Boating was closed. Rooms also needed some maintainence. Won't consider it to the standard of sterling property.

It's not provided facilities as per charges. Like not hot water, dirty bathroom, indoor game is not a proper, not maintained outside amenities. Staff is not well trained. It's very bad experience for use make my trip application. And booking. Such like this type of resorts

It was a pathetic experience, as the lake was closed since long and not mentioned , no boating experience, rooms were not upto the mark, no proper answers to questions by the receptionist. Overall waste of my money.

I was checkout yesterday onwards. Third class facilities rooms are not clean ac and greezer not working. Too dirty outside area smelly room

Though the property is good but far away from main stream of conveyance. It’s too remotely located and difficult to find any public transport there to and from! services are ok ok and need more professionalism. The rates of the property are quite up side and need to be budgeted.
