Nice location.only 1 km away from railway station Cleaning of room was good and staff has also good behaviour Overall good experience

I am chech in hotel at 1. 10 am and electricty go 2 am and electricty come 5 am. So whole night i'm dist-rub

Dirty and very small room. The washroom also dirty. No tv working. Nothing good. Management is also not standard.

We booked room with 1 standard and 1 child bed. They do no provide that room. We paid extra 300 rs for bed. I hope mm t take an action. Thankyou

Had such a horrible experience with this hotel recently. The receptionist was such a arrogant and illetrate person that he was not listening and started shouting when we reached there. These is multiple below scenario happened- 1)we booked for 1 nyt stay but we checked in late around 6 pm because the room was not ready and the address which have got of this hotel was not clear and also there was no phone number mentioned anywhere for this hotel(even we tried to find one phone n, but it was also unreachable) 2)when i asked them the reason then he (receptionist)such a silly person have never seen entire my life, he started shouting and abusing me. Also he was not listening to his collegues(one lady receptionist present over there. 3)beside giving reason of giving late to room he started blaming me only that why you booked and all 4)we told him to change our room from non-ac to ac coz the non ac room fan was running worst the ordinary fan then he again charged us rs 300 extra. M ok that he can, but his behavior was like. Tu mujhe free ka paisa thodi de raha. He was talking like that. Seriously. 4)as we were tired from our journey on that day and the places was new for us, so we just tried to listen him and finally done the checkin. 6)coming to room, the bed was such an uncomfort seems like wooden mat. Forgot about a single silled water bootle, they don't even having basic clean towel, soap and all.

Experience was very bad as very low quality people come and do fights at midnight, no cleaning of rooms or bathroom

Hotel manager behaviour was highly disappointed

Room is very small in size, no space for movement. Wash basin, toilets are in a very worse condition

Location is excellent of the Hotel

For the rate we paid it was so so

It's not so good but also not so bad. Nice room and specially the ventilation is great in room.

Room, toilets are not cleaned. Facilities which are claimed are also not provided.

Difficult to find and had no on campus facility

No staff at hotel, room are dirty. Washroom dirty and broken, bed are uncomfortable.

Paid for AC room but provided with non-ac room. No taps in toilet. Worst condition.

There is no lift facility and they provide me 3 room in separate floor, so it's hard to live together with family members.
