Excellent Stay
Best part is villa have allowed pet inside the home amd the stay is having breakfast too the wife speed is great

family vacation
We Had a good experience of staying at this property, reaching location was little tough as it’s muddy road for last 2 kms and google maps don’t work but stay vista team had told us this before and had given us all the videos images for us to be prepared. Location is as far from both Conoor(1hr) and Ooty (1 hr) but the view is superb from the villa of the hills and valley. Food was good and service was also good, overall my family liked it. There were some teething issues which we ignored. This is a 4 bhk villa with 1 room entry is outside of the villa and other 3 are from inside. Villa is nicely made and gives a good vibe. Caretaker is good and speaks English, Tamil, Hindi. It has a play area for kids, they setup a bonfire and barbecue on demand. The negatives were that house cleanings needs to improve more and pest control needs to happen regularly, RO water filter can be changed, it’s a very old aqua guard

Excellent Stay
We had a great stay. The villa was beautiful with a peaceful atmosphere and the caretaker was helpful.

Worst and pathetic experience from the host
familyWe are highly disappointed with one of your representative aman choudhary who has misguided us with our requirements and pushed us to make the payment first. When the payment was done certain requirements which were not full filled (complimentary breakfast policy was not communicated at the time of booking, kids charges, extra person bed cost, pet allowance in the property was agreed but at the time of stay property owner did not allowed them to sleep in the rooms) the representative from stay vista was very rude when he spoke to us through what’s app call. I also asked him to cancel my booking. He denied. And said it’s non refundable. Property is very good. But the hosting experience from stay vista is worst and pathetic filled with unprofessional staff. Please do not book through stay vista host. You can book this property- coonoor the staff of the property owner was very nice to us.

Good Stay
Very good property in good location, Only issue is reaching the resort. Service is good, rooms are good, washrooms are good too

Terrible Stay
Terrible approach, villa dirty, not ample facilities. I booked for 3 days and our parents didn’t like at all, had to leave the next day leaving 2 days booking as is. Pathetic was the experience

Decent stay
The property location was hard to reach, the Road which was leading to the property was not good. Staffs were friendly and attentive. Room and the facilities were nice. But they should improve the food quality. Cleanliness was fine.

Good property but manager is unprofessional
The property is good to stay. Rooms were comfortable and cleanliness was up to the expectations. Food was nice. Location was a bit hard to find. The manager was unprofessional. They need to improve their hospitality.

Location
According to the location we have informed by Vista rooms resort named as Long Walk by Vista Room and no where marked or shared the real name of the resort is green pastures and it lead us hard to find and location map was always confused us this was very bad experience and almost more than one hour we were roaming Around for the exact place. Vista Room team should inform us the real name of the resort so that no one will get delayed in finding. Moreover there is no network to contact them as well.
