although property is at the calm part of the city, I had a weird experience, I had booked entire villa...keeping my privacy in mind,but the property owner denied and said I can use only two rooms,even though I had paid huge amount..and he had given one from to his relative..care taker has not maintained kitchen properly..and cooking items are kept openly..

Excellent Stay
Very good experience with team stay vista. Well maintained property with beautiful sunsets. Food was very good.

Great view with great food
I booked 2 book villa, thinking that there will be a separate 2 bhk villa, but no the villa is of 6bhk, in which there is common dinning and sitting, fortunately we dont have to share any thing because we were the only family staying in villa. The food is outstanding, caretaker is nice and helping. Property location is very accessible, its not outskirts, its safe location. In night we had bonefire and dinner- drinks. There is no negative point but only thing is sharing common spaces
