Generally the property turns out to be different from the displayed pictures. However this property was even better than what pics describe. The garden and the pool area is amazing place to chill with friends and family or even have a small date with your partner. They also provide bonfire on request basis. The host Mr Harish is very polite and accommodating. He let us check in as early as 0530 hrs in the morning as we had reached Madikeri early in the morning.

The place is very clean, well maintained and the people are good and cooperative. It is close to many places near madikeri. Payasam is a must try! the only suggestion would be to increase the food options for vegetarians. The place is also very safe

Srinikethana homestay is little(4-5 kms) away from the city. So, if you have a car please do visit. Rooms are very neat and clean. Complementary breakfast is very delicious, 5/5 for that. Our overall experience was very good. The owner is also very supportive. I had forgotten my valuables which he managed to courier upon request and we are really thankful for that. Will surely recommend this homestay for a family.

Food was good. However, property was not as it was reflected in mmt. There was ongoing construction about which we were not informed. Facilities were not made available such as bonfire. Food is served too early which leads to food becoming cold. Overall not worth for such high cost.

Truly memorable stay because of the very well maintained room and the excellent & mouthwatering food for breakfast and dinner throughout our stay! harish is a very kind, straightforward and no-nonsense host! the location isn't exactly close to any sightseeing places to visit in coorg, but at the same time not very far as well. Most of the places to visit are within 15 - 30 kms. So, it's perfectly fine to vista these places during the day and then return for great food and good night of peaceful sleep at this picturesque property! the only irritant during the trip was the unavailability of vi network at almost all of coorg and surrounding places! the wifi network at the property was pretty good during the first night, but didn't work inside the room during the next two days! however, wifi was available outside the room during these days too. I'm sure mr. Harish will get this fixed soon to avoid any inconvenience to future guests! bottomline is a truly 5-star stay that my entire family cherished and will fondly remember for a long time!

This was my second time here. Peaceful and calm as always. Best place to relax from busy schedules. Mr. Harish deals with the guests exceptionally well, homely food was yummy as always😍

The pictures don't do justice to the place. There are only 4 rooms so the best place for a group or even a couple. And can't stress enough on well maintained property and swimming pool 😍❤️

Worst stay and food by host.

Mr harish is very supportive. He helped me arrange the surprise candle light dinner along with born fire for my wife. This property has proper swimming pool along with garden.

Would really recommend this place for all. Very much satisfied with the stay.

Value for money, homely food, best stay with swimming pool.

I am not easily impressed, but the fact that i am sharing this review is a testimony of the wonderful hospitality extended by the host mr. Harishchandra. Right from the beginning of our arrival at the property, everything was excellent and beyond expectations. There are many homestays in coorg and most of them are pretty commercial in their dealing. But srinikethana is a place where you will find the flavor of personal touch in everything. The host greeted and welcomed us on the gate at arrival and not that we were carrying too much luggage, the helper at the property did not let us carry it ourselves. The view at the entrance was beautiful and welcoming. Every nook and corner of the property was clean and well maintained. It was evident that the host takes personal interest in making sure the property is well maintained. If there is one thing i dread about traveling, it's food that you get. The food that we were served had a homely touch and was out-rightly delicious. It was my wife's birthday and mr. Harish was quick to guide me to the best bakery in town where i could get a surprise cake for her. Not only that, the dinner on the pool side with food specially prepared for the occasion was a lovely personal touch. I could go on and on, but let me end by saying "we will soon revisit with a bigger group to experience sriniketana's hospitality again"

Overall excellent hospitality and tasty and healthy food

Stay was amazing, food was great and price was reasonable but little far from main city.

It was 6th of december 2020 that me n my wife checked in to this place for our honeymoon. From the time we checked in to this place to our check out we couldn't have asked for anything more. The owner mr harish chandra was very kind and cooperative and ensured that our stay was indeed pleasant here. He arranged candle light dinner for us and ensured different menu each day. Taste of the food here is awesome. There is swimming pool with 24 hrs generator back up at this place. So power outages are also taken care of. He also provided wifi to us. This ensured that we were active on social media with our status updates. All in all sriniketana is a good place. We enjoyed our honeymoon

The room was clean and the food excellent. We particularly appreciated that the staff considered our wishes regarding the delivery time of the breakfast.

In the beginning we were a little bit skeptic about the place as coorg gets practically deserted after 8. 00 pm and we reached the place quite late but the homestay turned out to be really nice, calm, safe and clean. Host mr harish and family is really nice, welcoming and takes good care of their guests.
