a highly disappointing stay – not worth the money i had one of the most disappointing stays at this property and feel compelled to share my experience. room size and comfort: the room was extremely small, measuring approximately 10 x 10 feet. it was inadequate for accommodating two adults and a child comfortably. the restroom was shockingly tiny, around 2 x 3 feet, including the toilet. the lack of space made it impossible even to stand properly, let alone take a bath. this was far below the standards i expected, especially considering the price. facilities and service: when i called ahead to inquire about the facilities, i was assured a fan would be provided. however, upon arrival, the fan they gave me was broken and barely functional. to add to the frustration, i booked the property, but when i called the property to confirm and ask about the facilities, they suggested i book them for twice the price quoted. this lack of transparency and professionalism was very disappointing. cleanliness and maintenance: cleanliness was another major concern during my stay. the room and restroom were not up to the mark, which added to my overall dissatisfaction. food quality: the complimentary breakfast was acceptable, though nothing extraordinary. however, given the other issues, it was not enough to compensate for the lackluster experience. overall impression: my stay was unpleasant, to say the least. the cramped space, poor maintenance, and inadequate facilities made it far from a value-for-money experience. i would not recommend this property to others unless significant improvements are made in terms of room size, cleanliness, and overall service quality. final thoughts: if you're considering this property, i strongly advise verifying all details thoroughly beforehand. my experience was disappointing, and i wouldn’t want others to go through the same ordeal.

Panchami home stay is situated far away from the hustle and bustle of the typical town buzz. Although food wise this home stay is very good. The family provides with a comfortable stay by attending to all your needs. But we were a bit disappointed with the place of stay. This place has to provide for some basic necessities like fan in every room that is in working condition and a proper bathrooms. This place needs to have a washbasin for morning brushing, after food hand wash and likes.

Rooms are clean and neat. Host is really awasome. Food is good. This homestay is on way to virajpet and talakaveri. Nearby places to this stay are talakaveri temple, nalkunada palace, tadiyandamol peak trek and chelavara water falls.
