I recently stayed at Hidden Creek Resort and had a mixed experience. First, I would advise against blindly following Google Maps for directions—it’s not very accurate for this location. We ended up getting a bit lost, especially with poor signage along the way.
One major inconvenience was the lack of electricity at night. There was no proper backup system in place, which made the stay uncomfortable and frustrating, especially in the heat. This is something the resort seriously needs to improve.
As for the food, it was average at best. While the menu had some variety, the taste and quality were not impressive. Definitely not something you’d look forward to after a long day of travel or outdoor activities.
The location has potential—it’s peaceful and surrounded by nature, which could make for a great retreat if the management steps up in terms of basic amenities and service quality. Until then, I would suggest exploring other options if you’re looking for a reliable and comfortable getaway.
